A Simple Cost Effective Press for Grapes and Fruit
The Idropress with its new, revolutionary patented membrane system, has many notable advantages over the traditional pressing method.
The working systems of the Idropress are completely automatic, the only manual intervention being the actual loading and unloading of the grape marc.
Pressing time is notably less than other current presses, even the electic ones.
The membrane, made of hygienic non-toxic rubber, constantly and uniformly expands demustering the grape marc over the entire cage surface. This enables total pressing with dry grape marc without altering the product.
